AI Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Creative Designer to join a remote, Belgium‑based team that blends design expertise with cutting‑edge artificial intelligence. You will create visually engaging content for branding, social media, marketing campaigns, and AI‑powered video production while experimenting with emerging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, branding initiatives, and other marketing materials.
• Produce AI‑generated and AI‑assisted video content for storytelling, promotional campaigns, product showcases, and experimental projects.
• Develop layouts, templates, design systems, and visual components using Figma and other professional design tools.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, strategy, and content teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Explore, test, and refine AI tools, prompts, and workflows to improve production quality and efficiency.
• Translate briefs into concepts, moodboards, storyboards, animations, and campaign‑ready assets while ensuring visual consistency.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience with strong knowledge of typography, composition, branding, color theory, and digital‑first design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video generation and creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or ComfyUI.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and collaborative workflows.
• Portfolio showcasing traditional design work and AI‑generated or AI‑assisted projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and passion for emerging design technologies.
