Affiliate Manager – Poker (Remote)

About the role

CoinPoker is looking for a results‑driven Affiliate Manager to expand its poker affiliate portfolio across the region. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing new affiliate deals while managing the performance of existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate agreements using CPA, revenue share, rakeback, or hybrid models.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective affiliates and track deal progress.
• Structure deals that balance rakeback costs with player volume, longevity, and net contribution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional partners, fostering relationships and driving performance.
• Monitor traffic quality, rake generation, and player retention; renegotiate or terminate under‑performing sources.
• Provide regular reports on new deals, pipeline status, partner performance, and key risks.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing poker affiliate deals with measurable acquisition and rake results.
• Deep understanding of poker economics, including rakeback structures and player segmentation.
• Established network within the regional poker affiliate community or ability to build one quickly.
• Experience managing affiliate contracts (CPA, rev‑share, rakeback, hybrid).
