Aerospace Structural Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing high‑performance structural components for aerospace applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, modify, and optimise detailed 3D models in line with aerospace design principles.
• Produce complete Design Definition Dossiers, including 3D FTA annotations and Part Lists.
• Lead detailed design activities for metallic and/or composite structural components.
• Ensure all designs meet technical, quality and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality) to drive project success.
• Support continuous improvement of design methods, tools and processes.
• Communicate project progress and technical challenges effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace structures design.
• Strong expertise in detailed design; conceptual design experience is a plus.
• Experience with metallic and/or composite parts design.
• Proficiency in English or French; additional languages (Spanish or Portuguese) are an asset.
• Team‑oriented with solid communication and leadership abilities.
• Autonomous, proactive and results‑driven mindset.

• TeamCenter (CATIA CPD is a plus)
• Advanced 3D modelling and FTA annotation
• Creation of Part Lists for aerospace components
