Administrative Customer Support – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and empathetic assistance across email, chat and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat or phone, delivering accurate information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes and guide customers to solutions.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain professional communication standards and handle complaints with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions and stay updated on product changes.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
