About the role
Spektrum is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide business administration support for senior managers working on NATO‑related projects. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and handling confidential information for high‑profile stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of business administration services.
- Maintain time‑keeping and diary management for individual senior managers and leadership teams.
- Filter and prioritise meeting requests to optimise managers’ schedules.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure managers have the information and resources needed to support ongoing projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience providing administrative support to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential data securely.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
