About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Administration and Sales Officer to join our team at Olavs Cars in Overijse. The role combines customer‑facing sales support with the management of administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations in our automotive dealership.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing information and assistance.
- Generate and nurture sales leads to contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate sales operations, monitoring workflow to maintain efficiency.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and uphold service standards.
- Organise and maintain sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Proven ability to handle lead generation and sales processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Team‑player mindset capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
