Accounting & Finance Intern – Hotel Finance Department

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Intern to join the finance team at the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place starting February 2027. This position offers hands‑on experience in hotel accounting, credit control and financial operations within an international hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
• Support the management and reconciliation of credit‑card transactions.
• Monitor billing activities across the hotel’s various departments.
• Help manage client, concessionaire, tenant and employee accounts, including invoicing and statement preparation.
• Support credit‑control procedures to ensure timely collections and minimise financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s accounting procedures and credit policy.
