Accountant – Finance & Reporting Specialist

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, declarations, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card statements.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Support the full billing cycle and payment processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and external advisors.
• Assist with VAT returns and tax‑related reporting.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting processes.
• Partner with internal departments to provide financial insights on costs and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
• Experience supporting audits and financial reporting processes.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred.
• Previous experience within accounting or finance is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
