Account Manager – Refrigerated Transport Solutions

About the role

Thermo King BeLux is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and profitability of refrigerated transport solutions across Belgium. You will work directly with customers on‑site, representing the company at industry events and building strong relationships within the existing network while identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve commercial objectives for the Antwerp‑Brussels‑Vlaams‑Brabant region and for Thermo King BeLux overall.
• Optimize sales performance and relationships within the current customer base.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the refrigerated transport equipment and service market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Represent Thermo King BeLux at trade fairs, industry gatherings, and networking events.
• Collaborate with commercial and cross‑functional teams to meet regional targets.

Required profile

• Experience in refrigerated transport or a comparable industry is a plus.
• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Strong business development capabilities.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Excellent networking and presentation abilities.
• Self‑starter, flexible, and persistent team player.
