Account Manager Medical Devices – East Flanders & Antwerp

About the role

The company, a global leader in dental implants and orthodontic solutions, is looking for an Account Manager to drive sales and build relationships with dental professionals in East Flanders and Antwerp.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts (≈65% farming) while acquiring new customers (≈35% hunting) across hospitals, dental practices and labs.
• Promote dental implants, prosthetics and digital workflows, from patient acceptance to final prosthetic delivery.
• Educate dental professionals on product benefits, clinical aspects and digital solutions.
• Organise workshops, lunch‑and‑learn sessions and represent the company at trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service and product delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in Pharma or MedTech.
• Proven ability in both direct and indirect sales (farming and hunting).
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Structured, proactive and results‑oriented with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Dutch native speaker and fluent in English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
