Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager at Paperbox, you will be the commercial engine driving growth within our existing insurance customer base. Working closely with the Customer Success team, you will turn trusted relationships into expanded revenue opportunities while supporting our AI‑powered mailroom solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full expansion cycle: identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, build business cases, negotiate and close deals.
• Map white‑space within existing accounts and develop tailored growth plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to pinpoint accounts ready for expansion based on usage and adoption signals.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasting in HubSpot.
• Tailor value propositions to each customer’s operational, regulatory, and strategic context.
• Conduct expansion conversations using value‑based selling frameworks.

Required profile

• Hunter mindset with a proven ability to convert trust into revenue.
• Experience working with existing B2B customers, preferably in SaaS or insurance technology.
• Data‑driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborative attitude, comfortable partnering with Customer Success and cross‑functional teams.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast‑growing scale‑up environment and align with values of teamwork, ownership, scalability, and quality.
