Account Manager – Hospital Relationships

About the role

Vygon is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with its most important customers – hospitals – across Antwerp, Flemish Brabant and Limburg. You will act as a trusted advisor, understand clinical and operational challenges, and position Vygon’s solutions as the answer.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market growth by expanding the client portfolio and securing loyal partnerships.
• Understand key customer needs and continuously propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services.
• Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
• Participate in pre‑tender management and generate new sales.
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, physiotherapy, marketing, sales, nutrition or a related field.
• Proven track record in account management or relevant experience in a medical business environment.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and deep understanding of key clients in the industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow through on contracts.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) and basic conversational French.
