Account Manager – Belgium, Netherlands & UK markets

About the role

Sortlist is looking for an Account Manager to grow and retain its client base across Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK. Working three days a week from our Wavre office and two days remotely, you will manage a portfolio of agencies and SaaS customers, helping them extract long‑term value from the Sortlist ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of clients in the BE‑NL‑UK markets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for agencies using Sortlist and Overloop.
• Drive retention, renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Conduct structured quarterly business reviews and define action plans.
• Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive commercial conversations.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecasts in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams.

Required profile

• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English.
• 2–5 years experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success or consultative sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, forecasting and structured pipelines.
• Based near Wavre and open to a hybrid work model.

• Salesforce (or similar CRM).
• Overloop or comparable growth tools.
• Advanced Excel / spreadsheet analysis.
