Account Executive – Uber Eats (French speaking, Belgium)

About the role

As an Account Executive for Uber Eats in Belgium, you will create and nurture long‑term partnerships with local restaurants, helping them grow while expanding Uber’s delivery footprint across cities such as Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent. The role blends high‑volume prospecting, strategic negotiations and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑moving, multilingual market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow partnerships with Belgian restaurant owners, focusing on value creation rather than one‑off sales.
• Navigate market ambiguity and internal complexity to uncover new opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline with urgency, balancing quick wins and longer‑term strategic deals.
• Adapt sales approaches to regional language and cultural nuances across Belgium.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, legal and sales‑operations teams to remove blockers and influence product direction.
• Negotiate contracts, handle objections and ensure long‑term partnership health.
• Maintain detailed records and follow‑through on commitments using Salesforce.
• Allocate time across prospecting (40%), qualification and pitching (40%), cross‑functional work (10%) and administrative tasks (10%).

Required profile

• Resilient, resource‑ful and comfortable building from the ground up.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to stay steady under pressure.
• Motivated by tangible impact on local communities.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven external sales experience, preferably in B2B or restaurant/food‑service environments.
• Self‑managed time‑keeping and clear prioritisation skills.
