Account Executive (AI Pentest)

About the role

Aikido Security, founded in 2022, builds developer-first security products that reduce risk without slowing software delivery. Its AI-powered penetration testing product is gaining traction, and the company is looking for an Account Executive to build on that momentum, win new customers and drive revenue growth. You will own the full sales cycle, develop strategic partnerships and help scale the commercial presence in a market with huge potential. The position is based in London or Ghent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales opportunities
• Follow up on inbound leads
• Handle outbound and prospecting
• Help with, and execute, growth initiatives

Required profile

• Commercial profile with proven experience in a technical domain, ideally selling penetration testing, offensive security or related security solutions
• Proven track record of selling in fast-growing startups
• Comfortable working both in direct sales and partnerships at the same time
• Entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in zero-to-one environments
• Hustler mentality, excellent at building relationships
