About the role

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting as a Young Graduate Management Consulting Analyst in the CFO & Enterprise Value practice. You will work on finance transformation projects across Europe, helping clients turn finance functions into strategic growth engines.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance transformation initiatives in Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
• Contribute to Enterprise Performance Management activities such as planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Analyse financial and operational data to uncover performance gaps and value‑creation opportunities.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and actionable insights for C‑level decision‑making.
• Assist in designing finance operating models, governance structures and process improvements.
• Participate in finance platform transformations, including ERP and EPM tool implementations.
• Prepare client‑ready deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and analytical reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage in client workshops.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in finance and consulting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into structured analyses.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to travel across Belgium and Europe for client projects.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
• Data analysis and visualization capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI and automation concepts applied to finance.
• Financial modeling and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for client presentations.
