About the role

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our in‑house IT team. You will build, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites that serve sectors such as reproductive healthcare, diagnostics, and real estate. Collaboration with design, content, and marketing teams is essential to deliver user‑friendly, visually appealing, and high‑performing web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Implement responsive designs to ensure mobile‑friendliness and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Optimize website performance, including page speed and load times.
• Translate Figma designs, mockups, and wireframes into functional web pages.
• Apply security best practices and perform regular updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other website problems.
• Stay current with WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with popular page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience using version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
