Web Developer – Junior (On‑site, Belgium)

About the role

Join Hybrid Software’s Belgian office as a Web Developer. You will work on a variety of client projects, contributing to both the design and development of web applications while following the full software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications for internal products and external clients.
• Collaborate with designers and senior developers to create user‑friendly interfaces.
• Participate in the entire development process, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and adjust software as needed to ensure quality and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Recent graduates are welcome; you will be mentored by senior team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑oriented, service‑mindset and willingness to work on‑site.
