Warehouse Worker – Biotech Logistics Role

About the role

Join a fast‑growing biotech company in Zwijnaarde as a Warehouse Worker. You will support the production of innovative CAR‑T cell therapies and help the team fight cancer. The position offers a 4‑days‑on / 4‑days‑off shift schedule and the chance to earn a permanent contract after six months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring all movements are accurately documented.
• Handle inventory receipts, picking, and shipping operations in compliance with GMP/GDP standards.
• Receive and inspect temperature‑controlled biological products, following strict safety procedures.
• Store materials safely and correctly, performing regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
• Support order picking and packing activities to meet production demands.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
• Motivation for a long‑term position and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication in English.
• Ability to travel independently to work and work across rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer literacy.
