Warehouse Team Lead

About the role

JD Logistics is looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced logistics environment. You will coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities while ensuring safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Monitor team performance to meet productivity targets and service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
• Train, coach and develop warehouse employees.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, support cycle counts and stock investigations.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and adapt to shift work, weekends or overtime.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
