Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

YunExpress is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Belgium hub. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading on‑site teams and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficient, accurate and timely handling of e‑commerce shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, sorting, storage, order preparation and outbound flow.
• Organise task allocation, attendance tracking and workforce planning according to daily workload.
• Enforce internal procedures, quality standards and site rules.
• Monitor performance indicators such as productivity, quality, lead time and operational priorities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions and support continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain communication with warehouse staff, operations managers, support departments and external service providers.
• Train, motivate and support team members to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure proper use of equipment, materials and working areas.
• Prepare operational reports and escalate critical information to local management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, e‑commerce or a similar operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising or managing a team.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics flows.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks.
• Result‑oriented, responsible and practical mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Fluent French; English is a plus; Chinese language skills are highly appreciated.

Required skills

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar logistics management software.
