Warehouse Supervisor – Contract Logistics (Liège)

About the role

Join the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne + Nagel in Liège as a Warehouse Supervisor. You will lead a group of Team Leaders and their operational teams, ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations while meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate Team Leaders and warehouse operators to achieve QCDISME targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Improvement, Safety, Morale, Environment).
• Allocate people, equipment and materials efficiently to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management and compliance with GxP and safety standards.
• Resolve operational and order‑related issues in collaboration with Customer Service.
• Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions and other operational documentation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and quality standards.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Resilient under pressure, structured and meticulous.
• Willingness to work shifts and be on standby when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms.
