Warehouse Officer

About the role

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring that machine parts are stored, processed, and delivered to internal and external customers in a timely and high‑quality manner. This position works closely with the Parts and Service department to keep the parts delivery process efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing goods accurately, both physically and administratively.
• Handle daily purchase and sales orders, preparing items for shipment.
• Provide feedback on stock issues and ensure efficient storage of goods.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse while respecting safety guidelines.
• Assist customers at the counter and manage external and internal inquiries.
• Distribute incoming goods to the workshop and support mechanics.

Required profile

• MBO‑level technical education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes.
• Valid forklift driver’s licence.
• VCA basic safety certificate.
