Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator at W Racing Team (WRT) is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of parts used in motorsport projects and car assembly. The role acts as the owner of the warehouse, driving performance and traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of six staff covering procurement, storage, inbound and outbound logistics, and customer relations.
• Coordinate daily stock movements to meet performance targets and labour productivity.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, predict consumption, and manage stock value, including depreciation.
• Ensure 100% traceability of parts via ERP, tracking part numbers, quantities, values, and locations.
• Support purchasing strategy together with project managers, defining order quantities and supplier relations.
• Design and implement robust goods‑in and goods‑out processes, including quality control, picking, packaging, and shipment.
• Define storage layout, part conditioning, and space management.
• Assist customers with order preparation and prioritize parts for car assembly in collaboration with the Production Coordinator.
• Write, maintain, and enforce safety and operational procedures.
• Define KPIs and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
• Hands‑on, flexible attitude with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and alignment with WRT’s values of People, Passion, Performance.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) handling.
• ERP experience – SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
