VP of Finance

About the role

Conveo is scaling rapidly, winning Fortune 500 clients and expanding internationally. As VP of Finance you will own and architect the entire finance function, building a bullet‑proof, scalable operation that can support growth through Series B and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise the finance function from a team of ~45 to 150+ employees, including systems, controls and processes.
• Recruit, develop and lead a professional finance team.
• Oversee financial operations such as AP/AR, VAT and transfer pricing.
• Lead monthly close in partnership with a Big Four accounting firm.
• Drive financial strategy, scenario analysis, KPI tracking and long‑term planning.
• Provide real‑time cash runway visibility to the leadership team and investors.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leader with a strong balance of strategic finance and accounting.
• Experience setting up and owning the full finance function for a startup or scale‑up.
• Ability to build and scale finance teams quickly and efficiently.
