UX/UI Designer – Brussels (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join a European public‑sector client in Brussels. You will shape user‑centred digital experiences for complex enterprise applications while working closely with developers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and workshops to translate business needs into design concepts.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Define and maintain a design system based on PrimeNG components, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Angular developers to guarantee accurate implementation and support user testing.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and internal branding guidelines.
• Produce design documentation and participate in Agile@PM² ceremonies throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of end‑to‑end UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on modern web applications.
• Ability to communicate design decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or multilingual environments is a plus.
