US Corporate Attorney – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a US‑qualified corporate attorney to join our AI‑training platform on a freelance basis. You will help shape the performance of cutting‑edge language models by creating challenging prompts and evaluating their legal reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and generate prompts that test AI systems on corporate law topics.
• Assess AI‑generated answers for factual correctness, logical consistency, and adherence to legal standards.
• Score multi‑step problem‑solving outputs using a structured rubric.
• Provide feedback to improve AI reasoning aligned with first‑principles and accepted legal practice.

Required profile

• Law degree (J.D., LLM, or equivalent) within the US legal framework.
• Minimum 2 years of practice as a corporate attorney in the United States.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration.
