Unity Developer (Mid‑level) – Mobile Applications

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Unity Developer to join a fast‑growing team that creates engaging mobile learning experiences for children and families worldwide. The role combines hands‑on development, performance optimisation, and close collaboration with product and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex mobile UI features, including screens, animations, adaptive layouts, onboarding flows and payment processes.
• Design and evolve UI architecture using dependency‑injection frameworks such as Zenject.
• Work with Unity Addressables and remote content systems for content loading, version management and stability improvements.
• Ensure software quality through unit and integration tests, CI pipelines and critical scenario coverage.
• Profile and optimise performance and memory usage, handling garbage collection, TextMeshPro optimisation and allocation control.
• Participate in code reviews, reduce technical debt and support release processes.
• Mentor team members and promote best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver polished, high‑quality mobile experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Unity development experience, primarily for mobile platforms.
• Strong grasp of object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Advanced C# skills with experience in asynchronous programming (Task, UniTask).
• Proven ability to build responsive Unity UI systems using TextMeshPro, animations and complex states.
• Experience with dependency‑injection solutions such as Zenject.
• Practical knowledge of Unity Addressables and remote content management.
