Turnover Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Turnover Engineer to support industrial construction projects by managing the completion and hand‑over processes. You will ensure that all documentation, inspections and data are accurately recorded and transferred to the Owner in line with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the Completion and Turnover database.
• Collect, index and make available inspection test packs and quality records for phased acceptance.
• Deliver the completions process safely and according to schedule.
• Identify documentation deficiencies, coordinate resolutions and keep the QC Manager informed.
• Track punch‑list items, generate discrepancy reports and follow up on resolutions.
• Provide system analysis, technical support and guidance to users.
• Import, export and validate data for non‑compliance evaluation.
• Issue weekly status reports and support planning for mechanical completion and commissioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in completion and turnover management for industrial construction.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work under tight schedules.
• Eligible to work in Belgium.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filtering, sorting).
• Experience with construction project databases such as GoCompletions® or equivalent.
• Solid IT skills for data manipulation and import processes.
