Tricentis Tosca Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tricentis Tosca Architect to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of a large‑scale test automation framework for a major client. The role combines strategic technical leadership with hands‑on delivery, ensuring high‑quality, scalable automation across SAP applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a scalable Tosca test automation framework.
• Set up and configure Tosca environments, including installation, licensing and workspace management.
• Define governance standards, best practices and quality guidelines for testing initiatives.
• Integrate Tosca with enterprise tools (JIRA, qTest) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to enhance quality engineering capabilities.
• Provide coaching and knowledge‑sharing to QA professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Tosca experience in SAP environments.
• At least two completed SAP automation projects.
• Valid Tricentis Certified Tosca Architect certification.
• Proven experience building a Tosca environment from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business domains (e.g., S2P, Q2C, SuccessFactors, P2M, R2R).
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).

• Tricentis Tosca (including TDM, DEX, distributed testing).
• SAP functional knowledge.
• JIRA and/or qTest integration.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• English (written and spoken).
