Transport Planner – Food Distribution

About the role
We are seeking two experienced Transport Planners to join a fast‑paced food distribution operation near Kortrijk, Belgium. The role is essential for ensuring that goods move efficiently, cost‑effectively, and on time throughout the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily transport schedules.
- Optimise delivery routes to minimise costs and improve service levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, carriers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor transport performance and suggest continuous improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport planning.
- Previous experience in the food, FMCG or manufacturing sector is highly beneficial.
- Confident, assertive personality with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, French and Dutch.
