Transformation Manager (Digital & Organizational)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to help top‑tier clients such as Proximus, BNP and itsme® translate digital strategy into concrete organisational designs, road‑maps and successful implementation. You will act as the bridge between strategic vision and hands‑on delivery, guiding clients through complex digital and organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business strategies into actionable digital and organisational transformation road‑maps and ensure implementation readiness.
• Lead transformation programmes, managing budgets, scope and timelines while monitoring risks, dependencies and benefit realization.
• Conduct contextual research, design customer‑centric value propositions and high‑level solution concepts.
• Build business cases, assess financial feasibility and report progress to C‑level stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Facilitate co‑creation workshops, coach client and internal teams on new ways of working and drive organisational change.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent facilitator, able to align diverse stakeholder interests and communicate clearly in Dutch and English (French a plus).
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels, including C‑level.
• 4‑7 years (mid‑level) or 8+ years (senior) of consulting, digital strategy or transformation experience, with a track record of leading high‑budget programmes (>€3M) for senior roles.
• Relevant certifications (Prosci, PMP, MSP, PgMP) are a strong plus.
