Tender and Pricing Specialist

About the role

Are you passionate about combining data, pricing strategy, and commercial operations to drive business performance? As an IGTD Tender & Pricing Specialist you will enable profitable and compliant growth across Europe and growth regions. You will lead tender coordination, maintain pricing governance and provide actionable insights for commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end coordination of tenders, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across international markets.
• Manage IGTD pricing governance, including price books, updates, approvals and new product launches.
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, regulatory affairs and business units to support commercial success.
• Monitor tender and pricing performance, delivering insights and recommendations to commercial leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking tender pipeline, pricing performance and business opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in tender management, pricing, commercial operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, deadline‑driven projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary range €62,955.29 – €109,998.81 per year, plus performance‑linked bonus.
• Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week on‑site.
