Technology Operations Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Lead

About the role

Join an international organization that operates critical internet infrastructure services. As the Technology Operations Manager you will lead TechOps and Internal IT teams, ensuring service continuity, resilience and operational excellence in a fast‑paced, secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of TechOps and Internal IT, managing service continuity and reliability.
• Coordinate infrastructure initiatives, operational priorities, incident management and escalation across critical environments.
• Contribute hands‑on to the evolution of Linux‑based production infrastructures, virtualization platforms, container environments and private cloud solutions.
• Drive automation, monitoring, observability and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Oversee DNS, networking, database and security‑related operations while ensuring compliance with resilience standards.
• Promote collaboration across infrastructure, software engineering, security and architecture teams and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role leading infrastructure or operational teams in complex production environments.
• Strong background in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization and operational delivery.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English with ability to create structure, accountability and operational clarity across teams.
