Technology M&A Manager

About the role

As a Technology M&A Manager you will support clients throughout the full deal cycle, providing expertise on technology and digital transformation topics in leading M&A transactions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering clear insights that influence business strategy, operations and deal valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technology and IT assessments during due diligence and deliver structured insights within tight timelines.
• Prepare technology due‑diligence reports that translate complex technical issues into business impact.
• Advise on integration, carve‑out and optimization initiatives, including target operating model design, IT landscape analysis, transitional service agreements and detailed road‑maps.
• Design digital and IT target operating models covering processes, people, service delivery and governance.
• Engage with C‑level executives as a trusted advisor and identify opportunities for business development.
• Support the Technology M&A Team Lead in achieving growth objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, informatics, engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT M&A experience in a large international organization or a strategy consulting environment.
• Proven ability to operate at deal‑level pace and communicate AI‑related concepts ethically.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and change‑management capabilities.
