Technicien de maintenance agréé (CDD 4 mois)

About the role

Thomas & Piron Bâtiment is looking for qualified Maintenance Technicians to join its teams in Liège and Namur. The position starts with a 4‑month fixed‑term contract (CDD) and can lead to a permanent contract (CDI). You will be responsible for commissioning, technical diagnostics and on‑site interventions on large‑scale projects such as apartment blocks, commercial premises and offices.

Key responsibilities

• Commission and put into service heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Perform technical diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment on construction sites.
• Carry out welding tasks and work on combustion (gas/oil) installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site‑specific rules.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Possession of the G (gas) and L (electricity) certifications.
• At least one year of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors.
• Analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn new HVAC techniques.
• Precision, rigor, curiosity and good teamwork skills.
