Technical Training Instructor

About the role

As a Technical Training Instructor you will deliver the TUI E&M Continuation Training Package and specialised safety courses to maintenance staff across Europe. The position combines classroom and remote (Teams) delivery with continuous development of training material.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Part 145 safety and Human Factors training, including goods receiving, Form 1 control, engine run‑up and borescope sessions.
• Provide Train‑the‑Trainer and General Familiarisation trainings.
• Develop and update existing courses and create new training content.
• Maintain the TUI e‑learning platform, assigning courses and tracking progress.
• Ensure training complies with EASA/UK Part 145 regulations and incorporate industry feedback.
• Report to the Training Team Leader P‑145.

Required profile

• Experience in a Part 145 or Part‑M environment; aerospace degree or Part 66 AML advantageous.
• Proven delivery of Part 145 continuation trainings; familiarity with Form 1 and receiving inspections is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work remotely and independently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
