Technical Trainer – Tractors

About the role

Join CNH Industrial as a Technical Trainer for tractors, delivering high‑quality classroom and workshop training to the Benelux dealer network. You will equip technicians with the skills needed to service and repair CNH tractors independently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical training (classroom and hands‑on) to dealer service technicians and internal colleagues.
• Plan, coordinate and roll out training courses, including new initiatives.
• Identify knowledge gaps and translate them into improvement actions.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials with at least 50% practical learning.
• Ensure training facilities, materials and equipment are ready for each session.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to align training content with real‑field issues.
• Represent CNH brands professionally during all training activities.
• Occasionally deliver on‑site training at dealerships and support field issues.
• Provide support to other EMEA regions when required.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with proven technical capabilities.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading groups.
• Ability to quickly understand and absorb new technical information.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
• Willingness to travel within Benelux and occasionally internationally.
