Technical Trainer – Aircraft Engine Maintenance

About the role

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking a Technical Trainer to strengthen its Training Team. The role focuses on delivering methodological and technical training to Jet Engine Mechanics and Inspectors who perform inspection, disassembly and reassembly tasks on LEAP engines.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer knowledge, know‑how and interpersonal skills to Technical Performers, ensuring correct execution of maintenance tasks.
• Provide practical, hands‑on training on modules, parts and engines in line with work instructions (SO).
• Ensure compliance with work instructions and safety rules throughout training sessions.
• Offer technical and best‑practice expertise to production staff to guarantee product conformity and smooth process flow.
• Collaborate with team leaders, operational management and the HR training department to organise and coordinate the practical training plan.

Required profile

• Experience as a Technical Performer (Jet Engine Mechanic or Inspector) within aircraft engine maintenance.
• Familiarity with inspection, disassembly and reassembly procedures for LEAP engines.
• Ability to assess and develop the skills of technical staff.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to work instructions.
