Technical Support Representative – Diagnostics

About the role

As a Technical Support Representative for Diagnostics at Hologic, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our diagnostic equipment. You will provide empathetic, professional assistance via phone and email, resolving technical and application issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails, ask targeted questions, and apply structured troubleshooting.
• Deliver excellent customer support for both technical and application issues.
• Log, track, and manage cases using Salesforce, ticketing systems, and phone platforms.
• Follow documentation and complaint‑handling procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with other Technical Support Representatives and Technical Experts.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership and clear communication.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through manuals, e‑learning, and hands‑on practice.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, Dutch and English (spoken and written); additional European language is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, helpdesk or technical support preferred.
• User‑level understanding of technical products or equipment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Independent, initiative‑driven with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
