Technical Service Manager

About the role

The Technical Service Manager leads the maintenance organisation to ensure safe, reliable and cost‑efficient operations. Working closely with engineering, project and operations teams, you will drive continuous improvement, technical reliability and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Embed safety as the top priority and develop a line‑centric maintenance organisation.
• Define, monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, driving the shift from reactive to preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Prepare, manage and control the maintenance budget while supporting capital investment planning.
• Lead small‑ to medium‑sized technical projects and coordinate contractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards, conduct risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics and external partners to align technical decisions with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electromechanics with a focus on Process Automation.
• Several years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.
