Technical Sales Manager – Temperature‑Controlled Packaging

About the role

As a Technical Sales Manager you will drive the success of SkyCell’s temperature‑controlled packaging solutions, guiding customers from initial design through product launch and ongoing account development. You will act as a trusted partner, translating supply‑chain challenges into engineered packaging solutions that deliver long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and implementation for temperature‑controlled container projects.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with assigned customers, conducting regular business reviews.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across new use cases, geographies, products and business units.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Business Development on strategic sales opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
• Turn satisfied customers into advocates and reference accounts.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of physical, hardware‑based products and logistics operations.
• Experience with temperature‑controlled container solutions and cold‑chain logistics.
• Proven ability to combine solution engineering with strategic account management.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven environment.
