Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will act as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, sourcing and placing IT and engineering professionals for our clients. Working closely with the Brussels/Liège delivery team and account managers, you will ensure a perfect match between talent and client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct pre‑screening calls to evaluate technical competence and cultural fit.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and keep CRM systems up‑to‑date.
• Present shortlisted profiles to account managers with clear justification.
• Stay in regular contact with consultants before and after placement.
• Help build candidate communities and strengthen employer branding.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technical skills.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or engineering.
• Strong communication, sourcing and organisational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and eager to learn about European consulting markets.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
