Technical Recruiter – IT & Engineering

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter you will source, screen and qualify IT and engineering candidates for our clients. You will work closely with the delivery team in Brussels/Liège and account managers to ensure the right talent matches client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct pre‑screening calls to evaluate technical and interpersonal fit.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and keep CRM systems up to date.
• Present shortlisted profiles to account managers with clear justifications.
• Maintain regular contact with consultants before and after placement.
• Contribute to candidate community building and employer branding.
• Monitor market trends and evolving technical skills.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or engineering.
• Strong communication, sourcing and organisational skills.
• Eager to learn about European consulting markets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
