Technical Recruiter (IT & Engineering) – Hybrid in Brussels or Liège

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on IT and engineering positions for our clients in Belgium. Based in a hybrid setup from Brussels or Liège, you will collaborate with the delivery team and account managers to ensure the right talent meets client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct pre‑screening calls to evaluate technical abilities and cultural fit.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and keep the CRM updated.
• Present shortlisted profiles to account managers with clear justifications.
• Stay in regular contact with consultants before and after placement.
• Contribute to candidate community building and employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technical skills.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or engineering.
• Strong communication, sourcing and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and eager to learn about the European consulting market.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing extensions.
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
