Technical Project Manager

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead a ticketing system renewal programme for a client in the Walloon region. The role combines hands‑on technical coordination with strategic project oversight across equipment installation, de‑installation, recycling and maintenance set‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of three technical sub‑projects: new ticketing equipment installation, removal and recycling of legacy equipment, and definition of a maintenance framework.
• Define deployment strategies, validate installation plans, coordinate pilots and ensure quality checks on‑site.
• Organise phased de‑installation, prepare specifications, manage dismantling, storage and recycling processes.
• Develop and implement an operational maintenance model, manage spare‑parts inventory, contracts and corrective/preventive interventions.
• Control financial scope of sub‑projects, analyse change requests, verify quantities and keep the programme budget on track.
• Lead a cross‑functional team, run workshops, manage risks and communicate regularly with programme governance.
• Travel frequently across the Walloon region to supervise installations, de‑installations and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in a public‑sector or large‑organisation environment.
• Strong background in budget and contract management for technical programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel regularly within the assigned region.
