Technical Project Manager

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead small‑scale projects independently and support larger, multidisciplinary initiatives. You will coordinate contractors, manage site activities, and ensure technical deliverables meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and budgeting for small projects.
• Prepare technical studies, quantity surveying, and draft plans.
• Coordinate contractors, manage schedules, and supervise execution.
• Produce as‑built documentation and validate technical data sheets.
• Participate in design concept development for large projects.
• Collect and manage technical information with client teams.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and resolve issues.
• Maintain retro‑planning to meet tender deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a project manager handling multidisciplinary projects from design to implementation.
• Strong resource planning, quality monitoring, and budget control capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive and results‑oriented.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English; Dutch is a plus.
