Technical CRM Project Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

As a Technical CRM Project Manager you will lead the planning, execution and delivery of HubSpot CRM integration projects. You will be involved from discovery through implementation, UAT, change management and post‑go‑live support, ensuring projects meet scope, budget and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, partnering with Resource Managers to allocate the right people and ensure financial targets are met.
• Produce, distribute and archive all project documentation, prepare briefs, resolve ambiguities and provide regular status updates aligned with client goals.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams, address issues promptly, analyse performance, identify risks and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or a related field and several years of experience delivering CRM integration projects at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication in English and French, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, changing environments.
