Team Leader – Supply Control

About the role

The Supply Control department is the heart of Scania's logistics network, overseeing the inflow of goods from over 1,200 suppliers and managing spare parts for trucks, buses and engines. As Teamleader you will inspire and coach a team of 25 supply controllers to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and guide the team to achieve individual and collective growth.
• Lead process optimisation initiatives to increase supply chain efficiency.
• Manage escalation cases and develop solutions for supply chain challenges.
• Implement long‑term strategies and translate them into clear team goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor or master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Natural leader passionate about coaching and inspiring others.
• Deep interest in supply chain management and its complexities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent Dutch language skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
