Team Leader – SpudBros Express (Wakefield)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Team Leader to manage day‑to‑day operations at SpudBros Express in Wakefield. You will ensure smooth service, uphold food safety standards and support a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of beverages and food items to maintain consistency and high‑quality presentation.
• Assist in running the store smoothly during shifts, managing customer flow, restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Oversee cash handling, ensure accuracy of register transactions and reconcile the till at shift end.
• Monitor service times to guarantee quick, accurate orders while preserving quality.
• Maintain SpudBros Express branding, ensuring the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences and represents the brand in the community.

Required profile

• Experience in a team‑leader role, preferably within a QSR, hospitality or retail setting.
• Ability to work effectively with the Store Manager and team members to create a team‑oriented, inclusive atmosphere.
• Strong ownership mindset and drive to lead and support staff.
